The state of health of Pavlo Gryb, the citizen of Ukraine illegally detained in Russia is unsatisfying. He looks exhausted and he is also not provided with the medical service as Ihor Gryb, the father of detained Pavlo reported on Facebook.
‘Pavlo is exhausted, he constantly complains about the stomachache and bellyache. He also has the general depression as the result of the strengthening of the moral coercion from the prosecution and administration of the detention facility. There are no medicines or minimal dietetic nutrition. The internal hemorrhage can begin every moment. There are no qualified medical professionals on Pavlo’s disease in Krasnodar. Nobody can provide him medical service. Every day in the detention facility can be the last for Pavlo. His life is in danger’, Ihor Gryb wrote.
According to him, the session of the Krasnodar krai court on the consideration of the appeal towards the arrest of Pavlo took place today. Ihor Gryb emphasized that the defense and parents got to know about this accidentally.
‘Today, on February 1, the session of the Krasnodar krai court on the consideration of the appeal towards the pretrial restriction took place. The advocate got to know about the session accidentally in a day before it. Everything was done to not make the parents come in time’, he added.
It is also reported that the Russian court rejected the appeal towards the pretrial restriction in the form of the remaining in the custody of Pavlo Gryb. His sister, Olha Gryb claimed this as Ukrayinska Pravda reported.
The Foreign Ministry of Ukraine expressed the protest toward the decision of the Russian court. It is noted that Ukraine will strengthen the pressure on Russia to release the Ukrainian as Mariana Betsa, the spokeswoman of the Foreign Ministry reported on Twitter.
‘We express the protest toward the decision of the Russian court of hijacked Pavlo Gryb. We will strengthen the pressure on Russia to release Pavlo’, she wrote.
Moreover, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry demands to provide the Ukrainian doctors with the access to Pavlo.
‘Taking into account the critical health condition of Pavlo, we demand from Russia to provide the Ukrainian doctors with the access to Gryb’, Betsa reported.
