The regulations were canceled that provide life-line tariffs for:
- religious organizations;
- entities that operate with residential homes for temporarily displaced persons;
- the population that lives in the 30-km zone near the nuclear power plant at the level of 70% from the current tariff for electricity.
Another canceled document established the tariffs for electricity for population and provided life-line tariffs in the sum of 0.9 hryvnia/kW ($0.032) for first 3,000 kW in a month for domestic consumers who use electricity for house heating.
As we reported, residents of Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Kherson, Vinnytsia and Lviv protested against sky-high gas tariffs in Ukraine.
