In Kryvy Rih, people protested against the LGBT community holding an Equality March in the city. They held posters with the inscriptions "Family is priceless when it is traditional", "All together for the family". Representatives of religious organizations held a joint prayer service and an improvised meeting, Radio Liberty reports.

According to the participants, in the morning police created a pseudo-location of the LGBT march on Alexander Pol Square in Kryvy Rih, installing a chain-link fence, but at this time the march took place in a completely different place, approximately 30 kilometers from the city center.

"We did not intend to go there. We held our impromptu rally on the square near the monument to Kozak Rih. Our main message was this: the local authorities allowed this (Equality March), and we express our protest. It was also reported that to ensure the security of 20 people who walked just a hundred meters, huge resources were wasted because 1000-1200 law enforcers guarded the march, " the Deputy Chairman of Svoboda Party regional cell Dmitry Bilonenko said.
