"As of today, 1,994 transactions have been concluded within the framework of the current land market. 4,120 notaries have submitted applications for access to the State Land Cadastre. In total, 4,610 applications, of which 4,038 have been approved, 47 are in the queue for consideration, 525 have been refused. Notaries with the State Land Cadastre they work in a regular mode," the statement says.
Most of the transactions were carried out in Poltava region. The second place is taken by Kharkiv region.
As we reported earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal said that 322 sales contracts were registered during the first six days without a moratorium on the land sale.This was discussed at a government meeting on July 7.
“The introduction of land reform contains a number of solutions and measures that establish transparent and clear rules of the game for all market participants, but most importantly for landowners - citizens of Ukraine and Ukrainian communities,” Shmygal noted.
