Pechersk District Court of Kyiv will consider the extension of the preventive measure for ex-people's deputy from the Party of Regions Alexander Yefremov on November 21. This was reported by the correspondent of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"The Judge of Kyiv Pechersk District Court decided to postpone the court hearing for 11 am on Monday," the correspondent said.

On today's meeting Efremov’s defense announced the disqualification of a judge Volodymyr Karaban, but the judge did not satisfy this challenge, according to him.

Recall that Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko said that Yefremov was accused of direct support of pro-Russian separatists on July 30.
