The decision on initiation of criminal proceeding is being considered

Female resident of Kyiv claimed there was a bomb aboard "Lviv-Istanbul" plane in Lviv airport. This was reported by the press service of police in Lviv region.

The crew and passengers of the flight were evacuated from the board. Bomb squad and members of other forces are inspecting the aircraft and establishing circumstances. 

Airport officials received the bomb threat report at about 1:20 p.m. from 54-year-old woman, the passenger of "Lviv-Istanbul" flight.

"Currently bomb-disposal experts together with the airport staff are inspecting the plane, operation and investigation unit and members of other services, engaged in similar occasions, are also working at the scene," the message reads.

Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the occurrence, the decision on initiation of criminal proceeding is being considered.
