It is not planned to close Kyiv for entrance and exit during the quarantine due to the coronavirus as 112 Ukraine reported citing First Deputy Chair of Kyiv City State Administration Mykola Povoroznyk.
“As for today, the commission has not made such a decision on the closure of the city for entrance and exit…and it is not planned to make such decisions as for today. Whether the shuttle buses, railway transfers, including the suburban, will be closed? It is the issue of the proper governmental commissions, which should regulate this issue,” he said.
The cancelation of the routes, trains is the issue of the Cabinet of Ministers, which should regulate the issues of the transfer of the passengers between the cities in Ukraine.
There are only recommendations to use transport only for transfers to work, hospital or pharmacy.
“We recommend the wearing of masks in public transport. We do not plan to restrict it,” he said.
As we reported, the restrictive measures will be enhanced in Kyiv from March 17 due to coronavirus. The work of food outlets, sports complex and entertainment establishments will be restricted.
