The influence of the Kyiv District Administration Court judges on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine judges was observed on the issues of illegal enrichment and screening as well as promotion of draft laws to the Verkhovna Rada and the case of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). The related information was published in the video during the press conference of NABU Head Artem Sytnyk and leader of the Office of Special Investigations of the General Prosecutor’s Office Serhiy Horbatiuk, as the Interfax-Ukraine New Agency reports.

“The incidents of the organization of influence on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine judges are recorded relating to the issues of illegal enrichment and screening; influence on the members of the High Judicial Council, particularly through MPs; influence on promotion of the draft laws to the Verkhovna Rada; influence on judges of the Appeal Court; influence on the SBI investigation through the authorities of this institution,” stated in the video.

It is noted that the authorities’ talks of the Kyiv District Administration Court about service to the previous power, political course change and discussing of their “professionalism” which includes skills to influence due to decisions of the court and contacts on the state and public affairs were also recorded during the investigation. Detectives also reported the talks which can indicate a commission of corruption criminal offences including obtaining of unlawful benefit.
