Pechersky district court of Kyiv started hearing the case against the leader of Radical Party Oleh Lyashko. He is accused of the alleged combining in 2006 deputy’s work with management in the agency that does not in business anymore. This was reported by the journalist on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

“Pechersky district court started to hear the case of Oleh Lyashko. National Agency on Corruption Prevention claims that in 2006 he combined work on two posts - People's Deputy and the head of the Politics agency. Lyashko himself says that he has no business that he did not combine the two posts and everything was according to the law. Before the trial of Oleh Lyashko, a group of people waited for him chanting “Shame on you”, but with the help of security Lyashko entered the Pechersky court and now is in the room and gives explanations,” the journalist said.

Later the court postponed the case against Lyashko till July 21. The court intends to hear the former head of the Politics agency.

As it was reported earlier SAP opened criminal proceeding on possible illicit enrichment of Radical party leader. NABU is not ready to provide any details yet.
