The Ukrainian party in the Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine meeting in Minsk called for finalizing the hostages lists (in the written form), so that the agreement on their release is reached in the next TCG meeting. Daria Olifer, the Ukrainian representative in the TCG, wrote this on  Facebook

“The Ukrainian side starkly raised the issue of inadmissibility of torturing the illegally detained on militant-controlled territories. In particular, we are talking about the torturing against Liudmyla Surzhenko, who has a disability since childhood. We are calling for finalizing the hostages lists (in the written form), so that the agreement on their release is reached in the next TCG meeting,” she noted.

According to Olifer, the Ukrainian side also insisted on denouncing the Russia’s president decree on acknowledging the documents issued by the illegitimate militant power; refusing to expropriate Ukrainian companies on militant-controlled territories, and cancelling the pseudo-border and introduction of ruble on these territories.
