“Russia offers Germany and France to discuss truce in the east of Ukraine until April 27; the meeting can be held in Donbas with participation of Kyiv, DPR and LPR (Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, - 112.international) as Kozak said,” message reported.
Germany and France are partakers of the so-called Normandy Format on settlement of the military conflict in Donbas.
As we reported, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky offered his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to meet in any location of Donbas where there's war going on.

"If he wants to discuss issues related to Donbas, he should meet with leaders of DPR and LPR first (DPR,LPR - abbreviations for self-proclaimed "people's republics" in eastern Ukraine, - 112 International), and then with the Russian leader. But if he wants to discuss bilateral relations, he's welcome in Moscow at any convenient time", Putin said.
In his tern, the LPR head has expressed readiness to meet Zelensky at the front line.
Recently, the escalation was observed in Donbas, as well as the build-up of the Russian forces near the border with Ukraine.
