Vitali and Volodymyr Klitschko received the Guinness World Records title for the most boxing heavyweight world fights won by brothers. This was announced at the 56th Congress of the World Boxing Council (WBC), opened in Kyiv, as the press service of the Mayor Vitali Klitschko, reports.
"For me, this insignia is a surprise. Our record with Vladimir is a record of all those who supported the Klitschko brothers, who have been praying for us and for Ukraine, because we have always defended the honor of our country, " Vitali Klitschko said.
The initiator of the holding the Congress in Ukrainian capital was the WBC champion and Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
As we reported the holding of the Congress in Kyiv was announced on March 26. Kyiv Mayor, the 'eternal champion' of the WBC Vitaly Klitschko personally agreed with the leadership of the WBC on the holding of this event in the capital of Ukraine.
Earlier Vitaly Klitschko was granted the title of the WBC Eternal Superheavyweight World Champion.
