“I submitted an inquiry to allow prosecuting Ukrainian MP Denys Dzenzerskyi to the Prosecutor General, based on the crime under Article 366-1 (Forgery in office) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine,” he wrote.

Earlier this week, the Regulatory committee found groundless accusations against another Ukrainian MP Deidei of illicit enrichment. Parliament’s Regulatory committee also found groundless the filing on lifting deputy’s immunity of Oles Dovhy. The committee didn’t recommend lifting immunity from Andriy Lozovy either, a Ukrainian MP from the Radical Party of Oleh Lyashko, as well as from the сorrupt MP Polyakov retains his immunity in Parliament. The file against Rozenblat was confirmed.
