Khaustov confirmed that some patients can be taken to hospitals in the region, as there is a hospital base that treats Covid in the region.
“Currently, the occupancy of hospitals in the city of Kharkiv is 90%, i.e. in order to really form a reserve of beds, people can be and are sent, depending on free beds - to additional hospitals in the region. We do not have a division into city or regional, all these hospitals are allowed by the Ministry of Healthcare for the treatment of patients with Covid, we have a base - 13 hospitals,” the head of healthcare department said.
As it was reported earlier, in Kyiv, 16 medical institutions have been selected for the hospitalization of patients with coronavirus infection.
Over 98 percent of Ukrainians who were hospitalized with coronavirus over the last three months were not vaccinated.
