The Constitutional Court plans to consider the idea of the interpretation of land as the main national wealth as Interfax-Ukraine reported citing Judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Ihor Slidenko.
“The issue is not about the cancelation of something; the issue of the interpretation of the norms of the Constitution,” Slidenko said.
According to him, the interpretation of ‘land’ definition as an object of property rights is not the key in this submission.
He added that he does not know why the meeting of judges was postponed and what issues had to be considered.
Slidenko stated that his dismissal would not be considered at the meeting as such issues are considered during the usual hearings.
