The Prosecutor General's Office claimed that the DNA traces found on the body of Iryna Nozdrovska, the lawyer belong not only to Yury Rossoshansky, the main suspect in her murder. Yury Lutsenko, the Prosecutor General of Ukraine claimed this to Segodnia.
'It is not true that the physical state did not allow him to carry over the body by himself. But we still follow clues that there was somebody else. Moreover, we wound the DNA traces under the nails of murdered Nozdrovska the belonging of which we still continue to establish', he said.
At the same time, the Prosecutor General noted that the DNA traces earlier found at the knife and under the nails of Nozdrovska coincide with the samples of Rossoshansky. Lutsenko claimed that the detained gave confessionary statements towards the circumstances of the crime.
According to Lutsenko, at the moment the expert study continues and it will establish the origin of the ash found at the crime scene, whether it is the cloths of Nozdrovska or not.
Earlier we reported that Vyacheslav Abroskin, the Deputy Head of the National Police reported that the results of the expert study found out the DNA of Yury Rossoshansky, the suspect, on the body of murdered Iryna Nozdrvoska.
As we reported Yury Rossoshansky, the suspect in the murder of Iryna Nozdrvoska was arrested for 60 days without a right for the bail on January 9.
As it was reported earlier relatives of Iryna Nozdrovska reported her disappearance on December 29th. She disappeared on the way from Kyiv in Vyshgorodska area. She investigated the death of her sister, who in September 2015 died in a car accident caused by Dmytro Rossoshansky, the nephew of a district judge, who was in a state of drug intoxication at the time of the accident.
Two years after the accident, Iryna was able to obtain punishment for Rossoshansky. At the end of May 2017 the court sentenced him to 7 years in prison, but on December 27th he almost escaped from custody: in the Court of Appeal of the Kyiv region, the lawyer tried to appeal the verdict and bring his client under amnesty, using the violations committed by the court of the first instance. As Irina's relatives said, she constantly received threats from Rossoshansky.
The mass media reported that the crime was committed by Yury Rossoshansky, born in 1954. The man is the father of Dmytro Rossoshansky - a driver who, in September 2015, killed Nozdrovska sister in a car accident - Svitlana Sapatynska. However, the defense of the family of Nozdrovska doubts such hypothesis of the investigation because Dmytro Rossoshansky could be pardoned. It will be illogical for Yury Rossoshansky to commit the murder.
