Iran ready to pay compensation for PS752 crash, sent black boxes to France

Iran has already informed Ukraine about its readiness to solve legal issues on the mode of payment of the compensation to the families of perished passengers of Boeing 737 and compensations for the Ukrainian aircraft, as Foreign Minister of Iran Mohammad Javad Zarif stated.

However, Zarif noted that Ukraine still has not appointed the delegation for holding of talks but Iran continues to work on this issue.

Besides, Teheran will send to France the black box from the Ukrainian plane for analysis.

On June 22, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Iran still has not apologized and paid compensations to the families of the deceased in the PS752 crash near Teheran.

January 8, Boeing 737 of Ukraine's International Airlines, flight PS752 with 176 passengers aboard crashed in Tehran, not far from Imam Khomeini airport.

11 citizens of Ukraine died in the crash of Boeing 737 of Ukraine's International Airlines (PS 752 flight). President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the passenger plane crash in the Iranian capital left no survivors.

On January 19, the bodies of the Ukrainians, who died in a plane crash in Iran, were delivered to Ukraine. The farewell ceremony took place at Boryspil Airport.
