Instigator of the murder of Russian Parliament MP Denis Voronenkov is in Russia, as Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko said during a briefing in Mykolaiv on Monday, August 4.

“At the moment all persons, apart from a very important one, are being identified, because it has been a while, a few months, that we have been looking for this person. I can say only one thing: the instigator is in Russia, and the person is connected to Russian criminal circles. The perpetrators were mostly citizens of Ukraine, most of them, against whom we have evidence, are detained,” he said.

As it was reported earlier today, Lutsenko said the murder of Voronenkov has been solved.
