India made a decision on unpaid allocation of shipment of pills against coronavirus to Ukraine, as Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba reported.

Ukraine will get 30,000 pills of hydroxychloroquine.

“I want to express sincere gratitude to the Indian government for help. Despite the ban of export of hydroxychloroquine abroad, our Indian friends made this decision important for Ukraine,” Kuleba said.

The Healthcare Ministry will allocate the drugs between the medical facilities.

As we reported, the production of a drug for the treatment of COVID-19 has officially begun in Ukraine. Darnitsa Pharmaceutical Company has passed state registration for hydroxychloroquine. It is an experimental drug that is included in the coronavirus treatment protocol.

Meanwhile, 3,764 cases of coronavirus infection were spotted in Ukraine as for today. 108 of them are lethal; 143 patients recovered.
