India passed 50,000 doses of Omvir on Ukraine. This number is counted for treatment of 5,000 patients, as 112 Ukraine TV channel reported citing Health Minister Maksym Stepanov.

According to him, this medication enters the protocols of the Health Ministry for the treatment of the coronavirus disease.

Earlier, Ambassador of India in Ukraine Partha Satpathy noted that in case of the necessity, the extra supply of this medication might be organized.

“The issue of healthcare is the issue of national security. When we got a request from Ukraine, we decided to help. If the medication is useful for you, we are ready to help more,” the ambassador said.

As we reported, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine allowed for the study of the effectiveness of the use of drugs in the treatment of coronavirus clinical trials of four domestic drugs. So, they allowed testing of such agents: Amizon.Max, Amiksin IC, Bioven, Corvitin.
