IMF board of directors will consider granting Ukraine 1 billion dollars tranche on April 3. This was announced by the resident representative of the International Monetary Fund in Ukraine Jerome Vacher, reports the press service of the fund.
“The consideration of the third review of the Ukrainian program under the Extended Fund Facility by the IMF board of directors together with the results of consultations of 2016 under Article IV of IMF Arrangement is scheduled for April 2017. Completing the third review enables the tranche of 1 billion dollars,” Vacher said.
Earlier it was reported that Ukrainian issue was excluded from IMF agenda until April 7. Calendar may still be changed, IMF specifies.
