The team of the president-elect Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the news that People’s Front faction has left the parliamentary coalition after which the coalition ceased functioning. The message was published on Facebook page of Zelensky team

“Today, one of the factions in the Verkhovna Rada decided to leave the “coalition.” But how can you leave something that does not exist?” says the message of ZeTeam.

The team of Zelensky noted that the coalition has been non-existent de-facto for three years now, from the moment the Samopomich, Batkivshchyna and Radical parties had left it.

“Thus, the current game of the parliament is another display showing that lawmakers do not care about people who chose them. It is more important for them to continue their carefree life,” ZeTeam said, having reminded that Ukraine today needs changes and profound reforms.

And for this purpose, as the president-elect team believes, there is a need for a capable parliament.

As it was reported, head of People's Front faction Maksym Burbak announced that the faction had left the parliamentary coalition. He claimed that within half a year “Ukrainians expect a new president and the parliament to take decisive steps, actions and changes.”

On the eve of considering the appointment of the date of Volodymyr Zelensky’s inauguration, it was supposed that in case of holding inauguration before May 27, he would be able to dissolve the current parliament composition.
