As we reported, Kyiv District Administrative Court dismissed Serhiy Horbatyuk from the post on October 23.

According to the ex-Head, he did not even see the order about his dismissal.

In August 2019, Horbatyuk accused the leadership of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the destruction of the investigative mechanism of the case of the shootings on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in 2014. According to Horbatyuk, such a decision ruins the current well-defined mechanism and will lead to the delay and the destruction of the investigations.
