PM Honcharuk: Government does not hold negotiations on compromise on PrivatBank

Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk states that the negotiations on the compromise on PrivatBank issue with its previous owners do not take place, as the official reports on his Twitter.

“To avoid further manipulations and publicity, I would like to set the record straight: the government does not hold any negotiations with anyone. The government carefully explores the situation around PrivatBank (particularly, the negotiations with its former owners, which were held preliminary by independent Supervisory Board of the bank),” the PM said.

Besides, Honcharuk stated that he said to the Financial Times journalists that he did not know the judicial details of the case to comment on it.

Earlier it was reported that PM Honcharuk said to Financial Times that a compromise on the issue of PrivatBank with businessman Igor Kolomoisky was possible.
