About Donbas conflict
Ukraine’s Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories is now working on a 25-year strategic program on the reintegration of Donbas.

Germany authorities stated that the vaccine is likely to appear by mid-2021. Meanwhile, India will procure 100 million doses of the Russian vaccine against Covid-19.
About situation in Belarus
At the beginning of the week, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Sochi for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. As a result of the meeting, Putin approved the allocation of 1.5 billion dollars in loan to Belarus. Besides, Lukashenko asked Putin to supply certain types of weapons.
Meanwhile, EU did not recognize Aleksander Lukashenko legitimate President of Belarus. Besides, Ukraine declared the presidential elections in Belarus illegitimate. However, the EU still cannot agree on the anti-Belarusian sanctions.
Later Lukashenko stated that Ukraine an outpost for the political provocations aiming against Minsk. He also claimed that Belarus is forced to shut down the border with neighboring Lithuania and Poland, while the security on the border with Ukraine will be boosted. Later Ukraine reported that the situation at the border did not change.
