Donbas conflict, prisoner swap agreed

Militants from the so-called self-proclaimed republics in Donbas have declared their readiness to send 19 people to Kyiv in the framework of the prisoner swap. The exchange is supposed to take place on Monday, April 12.

Pro-Kremlin mercenaries shelled the civilian vehicle with journalists of Ukraina TV channel. The vehicle took damage, but no one of those inside was hurt.

Ukraine and Russia did not agree on new phase of disengagement of forces in Donbas.

Oil and Crimea
