Ihor Vivcharenko, the serviceman of the Special Forces’ 3rd Detached Regiment passed away due to the live-fire accident that occurred during the combat drills in Donbas.
The European Commission has approved the allocation of 13 million U.S. dollars of humanitarian assistance for residents of the war-torn eastern Ukraine.

About Verkhovna Rada extraordinary sessions
This week Ukraine's Parliament had 2 extraordinary sessions. They voted to reduce 2020 state budget and unlocked signing law on land sale market despite13 resolutions on the abolition of this law, which blocked its signing by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov and for the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
MPs also adopted a law on the processing of personal data of patients with coronavirus infection without their consent and on the creation of temporary observers.
Ukrainian parliament has also adopted the draft law No. 1043, which provides for consideration of amendments to the bill rejected by the committee only if a separate procedural decision is made by the Verkhovnahttps://www.facebook.com/112UAInternational/ Rada.
Finally, Verkhovna Rada ratified agreement between Ukraine and European Investment Bank.
About fire in Chornobyl and dust storm

Chernivtsi region and Kyiv currently remain the "record holders", with 759 and 705 cases since the beginning of the epidemic, respectively. 427 cases are observed in Ivano-Frankivsk region, 353 - in Ternopil region. 296 cases took place in Vinnytsia region. The smallest number of cases is now observed in Donetsk and Luhansk regions (eastern Ukraine), and Chernihiv region (northern Ukraine).

About prisoner swap
On April 16, the prisoners’ swap between Ukraine and occupied Donbas took place. The so-called Donetsk People’s Republic passed nine people to the Ukrainian side, while the so-called Luhansk People’s Republic handed over eleven people.

The International Committee of the Red Cross acted as neutral mediator during the exchange of prisoners.
Later, it was reported that 200 people are on the exchange list but the verification is needed to figure out the exact number of detainees. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that a larger prisoners’ swap may take place after the end of quarantine caused by Covid-19 pandemic.
