"The next hearing will take place on February 13. The court will continue questioning of prosecution witnesses,” the reporter said.
According to him, the court did not start the hearing at 11 a.m. exactly as it began a little later.
"Kernes and two of his guards arrived at the hearing, who appear as accused in this criminal proceeding,” the reporter said, adding that four witnesses were questioned today.
As it is known, the mayor of Kharkiv Hennadiy Kernes and his guards Vitaly Blinnik and Yevhen Smitsky are accused of kidnapping, torturing and threatening to kill Kharkiv EuroMaidan activists Oleksandr Kutyanin and Serhiy Ryapolov.
The mayor himself told he believed the case to be “completely fabricated”.
