The Health Ministry of Ukraine has launched the news portal on the vaccination against Covid-19 as the ministry reported.
“It is the first version of the portal with basic information for citizens, particularly, with settings for people with defective eyesight. Until the end of February, the functionality of the portal would be extended with pages and mobile versions. After the renewal, the website will be divided into two parts: one of them will contain information for wide audience and the second one will contain specialized information for medical employees,” Health Minister Maksym Stepanov said.
Meanwhile, the portal will contain information panels with statistics about the vaccination campaign in Ukraine. All information on the website will renew in real-time. The UNICEF and the World Health Information provide information support to the portal.
As we reported, Pfizer became the fourth company that filed its appeal to register its vaccine against coronavirus in Ukraine. Currently, there are also registration appeals from Sinovac Life Sciences company (China) and Serum Institute of India.
Besides, Health Minister of Ukraine Maksym Stepanov said that the first batch of the vaccines against coronavirus is a little bit delayed and it is expected in Ukraine on February 16-17 but not on February 15 as it was reported earlier.
