The Health Ministry of Ukraine has developed the mechanism of involvement of extra medical workers to the treatment of patients with coronavirus on a contractual basis as the governmental portal reported citing Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko.

The medics might sign the relevant contract on a voluntary basis.

“Such contract provides the sending to healthcare facilities, including those situated in the territory of other administrative and territorial units, where the deterioration of the epidemical situation is observed. The main important condition is that the medical worker keeps the main place of work and the average wage. In other words, the main employee tenure is not interrupted,” Lyashko noted.
