The Chairman of Kherson Regional State Council Vladyslav Manger who is involved in the murder of the Advisor of Kherson Mayor Kateryna Handziuk, asked President Zelensky to meet with him, as he reported on Facebook.

“Volodymyr Oleksandrovych, if you guarantee the rights of all the Ukrainians, I have a right to ask you to meet with me. I am ready to tell you and show you how Poroshenko’s prosecutors made up accusations for me,” Manger said.

“I am ready to provide evidence about the methods which SBU general Danil Dotsenko uses against me. He still heads the gang formation in Kherson region,” he added insisting that Dotsenko is involved in the murder of the activist.

Manger noted also noted that he knows about Zelensky’s decision to meet with Kateryna Handziuk’s father, and demands justice and independent investigation.

As it was reported, Viktor Handziuk claimed the necessity to carry out a closed meeting with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss the investigation of his daughter’s murder.

On November 4, 2018, it became known that Kateryna Handziuk died at the age of 34. She was doused with sulphuric acid in July this year. According to preliminary information, her death was caused by blood clot's detachment. 

Besides, the doctors specified the cause of death; it was due to multiple organ failure and chemical burns.
