The internet site of the European Commission was under hacker DDoS-attack in the afternoon on November 24. This resulted in the slowing down of the part of internet services.

This was reported by the daily La Libre.

The European Commission confirmed that fact of the cyber attack, noting that it was stopped in time there was no data leakage, according to the daily. The place from where the DDoS-attack was carried out is not specified.

Earlier it was reported that Russian hackers will continue to influence European elections until 2018. This is about upcoming elections in Netherlands, France and Germany.
