The Ministry of Healthcare of Ukraine proposes to remove from business strict quarantine restrictions, which are imposed in the yellow and red zones of epidemiological danger. The relevant proposal was voiced by Healthcare Minister Viktor Lyashko during a conference call, the government portal reports.

Thus, the Minister proposes not to extend the restrictions of the yellow and red quarantine zones to establishments where staff and visitors will have Covid-certificates.

It is noted that the certificate will certify not only vaccination, but also a valid for 72 hours negative PCR test or a certificate of coronavirus disease transmitted during the last few months.

“This will effectively contain the epidemic situation and maintain economic activity,” Lyashko said.

It is noted that the new quarantine rules will be adopted by the government in the near future.

As it was reported earlier, a yellow level of epidemic danger might be introduced in Ukraine after the changes proposed by the Ministry of Health are approved by the government.

The Cabinet of Ministers plans to bring the “quality of life” of vaccinated people closer to the usual. Almost all Ukrainian ministries worked on the development of new rules.
