“Having had a discussion with the military, military units, veterans, labour collectives, we consulted with the Defence Minister and NSDC, with the Government and I decided that starting from August 24 the words “Glory to Ukraine!” will sound as a part of the official ceremony on the military parade dedicated to Independence Day.
