Prosecutor General's Office interviews Denisova, - media

The Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) interviewed Ukraine’s Ombudsmen Lyudmyla Denisova as the witness in the case of possible offences of the Kyiv Administrative Court judges, as Ukrainian News reports.

“The interrogation has just finished,” Spokesperson of the PGO Andriy Lysenko said.

According to him, Denisova is considered the witness.

The questioning happened in the Office of Special Investigations of the PGO.

The Ukrainian Ombudsman came for the questioning at 9:45 a.m., the interview has finished at about 5 p.m., as the Interfax-Ukraine News Agency reports, referring to Andriy Lysenko.

We recall that Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova got a call for the questioning to the Prosecutor General's Office (PGO). Ombudsman’s lawyer Andriy Tarasov said that.

“We got the appropriate writ from the General Prosecutor’s Office yesterday (on July 30 – ed.), and are preparing for the interview,” Tarasov said. 

As it is reported, the lawyer did not reveal the date of the interrogation, explaining that the investigation was confidential.
