A blast thundered in the occupied Donetsk, as the gas pipeline exploded and lit up. This was reported by DAN.

"In Budyonivsky district, an explosion thundered on a gas pipeline," the message says.

It is specified that the incident occurred near the Mushketovo railway station. A strong fire broke out after the explosion. Fire brigades arrived at the scene.

No casualties have been reported so far. The causes of the incident are not yet known.

Earlier, we reported that an explosion occurred at the gas station in Novosibirsk, Russia.

At least 28 people suffered injuries in the accident. 

A fire took place at the gas station; gas storages blew up, and the gas carrier was destroyed. A ground-based gas facility was devastated as well. The fire made it to the neighboring garages, and the gas cylinders de-pressurized inside these garages.

Nine of the wounded people are now in serious condition; another 12 suffered injuries of medium gravity. The operative reports claimed no fatalities.
