And until recently, it was Ihor Mosiychuk. But he has stated that he did not want to go to the Rada anymore, and “removed” his candidacy in favor of Dubinsky.

Why “removed” is in quotes? Because it is already impossible to exclude Mosiychuk from the bulletin. It is too late.

Particularities

Well, firstly - there are many candidates. Although 42 is not a limit.

Secondly, it is a very large number of namesakes in the bulletin.

There are four candidates with last names ‘Dubinsky’. You will find surname ‘Kononenko’ three times (there is also a candidate with the surname Kononko).

So what about Mosiychuk?

He removed his candidacy. Well, in fact...he said that he no longer participated in the elections, but his name will still be on the lists.
