The ambassadors of the G7 countries supported the initiative of President Volodymyr Zelensky to liquidate the District Administrative Court of Kyiv. This is stated in a message on the G7 ambassadors' Twitter page.

"G7 Ambassadors welcome Zelensky's initiative to liquidate the District Administrative Court of Kyiv, as an important step in comprehensively reforming the judicial system in Ukraine," the message says.

At the same time, as the ambassadors noted, it is important that the court that replaces the OASK is established transparently, with selection based on professional achievements and rigorous due diligence. The reform of the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges is also important to ensure a high level of integrity of judges, the diplomats stressed.

Earlier, on April 13, it became known that Zelensky intended to liquidate the District Administrative Court of Kyiv.

Later, on the website of the Verkhovna Rada appeared the text of bill #5369 of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on the liquidation of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv. In particular, the president intends to form the Kyiv District Administrative Court instead of the DACK.

In turn, the Chairman of the DACK Pavlo Vovk commented on this. According to Vovk, he takes this news calmly, since for six years the DACK "has been under pressure, has been working in an atmosphere of constant negative information campaigns and provocations."
