French delegation arrives in Mariupol

Ukraine’s Minister of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs Vadym Chernysh accompanies the guests

French Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Development Matthias Fekl and State Secretary of the Ministry arrived in Mariupol today, accompanied by Isabelle Dumont, the Ambassador of France to Ukraine and Ukraine’s Minister of Temporarily Occupied Territories and IDPs Vadym Chernysh. This was reported by the press service of the city council.

The honorable delegation was greeted by the city head Vadym Boychenko. He noted the great importance of such visit, both for the city and the country.

In the frameworks of the visit the delegation will visit one of the roadblocks in Mariupol, social hostel, emergency hospitals and Mariupol city lyceum.

Earlier it was reported that members of the Ukrainian delegation held speeches at the debates in PACE. Europe Council Parliamentary Assembly vote on resolution on democracy in Ukraine.
