France will not close borders for Ukrainian citizens as Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba reported on Twitter.

"France has decided to leave the borders open for Ukrainians who have completed the full course of vaccination," the statement said.

Earlier, the European Union removed Ukraine from its so-called green list of countries whose citizens are allowed enter the EU member states without quarantine restriction. This is a recommendation for EU member states to limit travel for our citizens: but whether to close the borders to Ukrainians will be decided by each state individually.

Estonia and Croatia are staying open for Ukrainian tourists; their governments are not going to change the conditions of entry for Ukrainians. Besides, Cyprus was the first EU countries that did not close the entrance of Ukrainians.

The Netherlands and Czechia, Austria, Denmark and Belgium are also open for traveling for fully vaccinated Ukrainians.
