A four-story building collapsed on Gagarin Avenue in Kharkiv, the building of the former Avtoruchka plant, press secretary of the city hall Yury Sydorenko reports on Facebook.

"Regarding the landslide on Gagarin, 20. This is not a residential building, this is the office space of the former Avtoruchka plant, which is located on private territory," Sydorenko said.

In particular, according to the owner of the premises, there are no victims. Previously, the collapse occurred due to a construction that began near the collapse.

"The mayor Ihor Terekhov has already instructed the relevant deputy Kuzmin to find out full information about who, to whom, how and why permits were issued for this construction (if they were issued at all)," Sydorenko added.

As it was reported, on October 8 a multi-story living house partially collapsed in Batumi, one of the largest cities in Georgia. There were victims.
