Quarantine restrictions can be strengthened in Ukraine. In particular, using public transport and food establishments can be accessible only to citizens with Covid certificates as the President’s Office reported.
"At the meeting, the head of state was informed about the progress of vaccination, as well as the possibility of amending the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers on special measures to counter the spread of Covid-19," the message says.
In particular, they discussed the possibility of staying in food establishments and transport only with a vaccination certificate.
The President's Office added that such restrictions may be applied to interregional transport links (trains, buses, planes).
As we reported, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 8,832 new cases of Covid-19, including 863 children and 78 healthcare workers on October 10. 2,672 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 207 patients deceased and 2,053 recovered. 52,064 tests have been taken.
Besides, Ukraine is ranked third in Europe for daily mortality from Covid-19.
