Knyazev assured that the man resumed his previous position at the court’s decision in 2018 after he failed to be recertified. Afterward, the law enforcers obliged him to rotate to the JFO area. He got the enlistment letter three times, but he never showed up.
Last time the man was supposed to go to Donbas, he brought the sick leave document on the day he was told to go to Donbas.
“One of those rascals has avoided rotation to the east three times for some reason. And exactly in May, it was the last time he was suggested once again to go there. He brought the document on sick leave on the day he was supposed to leave,” Knyazev said.
It should be noted that the document on sick leave was issued at the same hospital, where the five-year-old-boy died.
As it was reported, the leadership of Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky police department of Kyiv region was suspended from their duties after the death of a five-year-old Kyrylo injured by the police officers.
On May 31, a boy with physical injuries in the form of a severe closed-head injury, brain contusion, internal brain hematoma and a fracture of the temporal bone was delivered to the intensive care unit of the Pereyaslav-Khmelnytsky hospital. On June 3, Kyrylo died; the doctors could not save his life.
According to police officers, around 4:00 pm on May 31, four children were walking alongside their place of residence. The 5-year-old boy, due to carelessness, slipped and fell on the asphalt concrete pavement and stone, as a result of which he suffered a head injury.
