According to him, Ukraine actively works to make the US financial aid to reach the sum of $1 billion in the next years.

“My position is very simple and I have already started to talk about it with the US Congress and administration – I believe that the level of the financial support of Ukraine by the US should reach the sum of $1 billion, and it should take place in the next years. For it, we have all political and defensive preconditions and there are many forces in the Congress that support this initiative,” the Foreign Minister noted.
