"Fatherland" party is not going to initiate the deprivation of Nadiya Savchenko’s deputy mandate. This was reported during a press conference, which was broadcast by "112 Ukraine" TV channel, by the leader of the "Fatherland" party Yulia Tymoshenko.

"Fatherland" party will not initiate the deprivation of Nadiya Savchenko’s deputy mandate because people voted for her and she has the right to work in the parliament," Tymoshenko said.

Yesterday it was reported that Savchenko was expelled from the "Batkivshchyna" party.

Earlier, on December 12 it became known that MP from "Fatherland" party Nadiya Savchenko secretly met with the leaders of the "DPR" and "LPR" in Minsk.

Security Service of Ukraine stated that this meeting was not agreed on. Savchenko was summoned to SBU for questioning, where she confirmed the fact of negotiations regarding hostages which, according to her, were quite effective.
