“Dear friends! Kyiv becomes a European film set for filmmaking. Prominent European and American producers along with “1+1 media team” will be shooting world first international TV show,” Klitschko noted.
The project will be distributed for one of the international platforms. On November 13, the shooting process begins with the pilot episode. Moreover, a memorandum on cooperation was signed in Norway Embassy in Ukraine.

“Thanks to the Ole Horpestad, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Norway to Ukraine for supporting this project. The city, in its turn, will provide necessary assistance as well,” Kyiv Mayor said.
As Klitschko said, teams of American and Norwegian scriptwriters and producers will be working on the project. Norwegian company Evil Doghouse Production to shoot in cooperation with “1+1 Production.” The Jonathan Fort is a TV show about the life of a former boxer who gets a new and dangerous job in Norway Embassy to Ukraine. 80% of the project will be shot in Kyiv and Odesa.
Egil Ødegård, applicant for one of Oscar nominations, Norwegian producer, Varon Bonicos, author of the idea and movie maker, Jeremy Chilnik, American writer and movie maker, Oleksandr Tkachenko, “1+1 media” General Producer, John Carew, famous Norwegian actor and former football player, took part in the embassy meeting to sign the memorandum.
“Today, world stars shoot clips in Ukraine’s capital, major international companies shoot ads; the world hears more about Kyiv, more and more tourists visit us. We continue developing the touristic infrastructure, we create beautiful locations. It’s all for the development of our city,” the Mayor said.
