Another Israeli citizen was injured in the blast, but he refused medical help

The police opened a criminal case to investigate explosion in Uman. This was stated on the website of the Chief Department of National Police in Cherkasy region.

"At the moment, criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 4 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Hooliganism). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for a term from three to seven years," the police said.

As a result of the explosion another person except teenager was injured – also an Israeli citizen.

"It is established that another man, an Israeli citizen, suffered from the explosion at the scene, and he received minor injuries.  The man refused from medical assistance, "the report said.

As it was reported earlier an explosion occurred near the place of stay of hasid pilgrims in Uman of Cherkasy region at night on September 21. As a result of the explosion, a 13-year-old teenager, an Israeli citizen was injured.
