A little girl and three adult men were rescued from the gas explosion that happened in the building located in the center of the occupied Luhansk. This was reported by the residents of the city in social networks.
Emergency Services head of “LPR” Sergei Ivanushkin said that a gas explosion happened on Chervony Suare, 2, where there are houses, school and separatists’ police station around 09:00, on February 1.
When the rescuers arrived at the place of the incident, several apartments were on fire. The explosion happened in the basement. The eyewitnesses write in the networks that the explosion was in the basement of the shop that is under control of one “LPR” militants’ higher-ups, others say that it happened because of the negligence of community services workers who left a full gas bag unattended.
At the place of fire, the rescuers helped out a girl of 6 years and three adult men. The survivors were immediately hospitalized. No deceased were found as of now, according to rescuers.
Rescuers are still at the site, all the leaders of “LPR” also arrived. All the residents of the burning house and pupils of the nearby school were evacuated.
Earlier it was reported that there was shooting in Dnipropetrovsk region: gunfight with grenade explosion. Police car was also gunned. Two people are in intensive-care unit.
