The explosion that took place today near the supermarket in Kharkiv can become a very dangerous precedent for Ukraine. Ivan Varchenko, the Adviser of the Interior Minister of Ukraine claimed this as 112 Ukraine broadcasted.
'Talking about the incident in Kharkiv, based on preliminary information a woman tried to open a package and look what is inside it. If it confirms then it will be a serious precedent in Ukrainian history. One of the first precedents when the terrorist committed such action counting on the interest of the citizens who will definitely look what is inside', he said.
According to Varchenko, such cases confirm that Ukraine is in the zone of the increased terrorist threat.
'I do not remember the similar incidents in Ukraine and it disquiets. It confirms one more time that Ukraine is in the zone of the increased terrorist threat due to the fact that there is a country that is hostile to Ukraine and its agents are ready to commit crimes in the territory of Ukraine', he added.
Varchenko also noted that this case will be qualified as the terrorist action.
