Ex-MPs from Opposition Bloc Oleksandr Vilkul and Dmytro Kolesnikov, who were put on the wanted list earlier, were released on parole, as TSN TV channel reported.
The prosecutor’s office requested to arrest both former lawmakers. However, the Zhovtnevy Court of Dnipro decided to parole them.
The session was suddenly appointed on the evening the day before. The information about the date and time of the trial was concealed from the press.
As we reported, ex-MPs from the Opposition Blok Oleksandr Vilkul and Dmytro Kolesnikov were put on the wanted list.
Earlier, Dmytro Kolesnikov abused official position when headed of State Property Agency of Ukraine and committed particular actions, which resulted in the possibility to expropriate the real property, production and lab-household corps of the State Enterprise with the total square of almost 7.000 square meters.
Ex-Chairman of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Oleksandr Vilkul ordered in 2011-2012 to change the special purpose of the land plots of 21 hectares square from the land for agriculture purpose. But in fact, the land was in collective ownership of shareholders of two agricultural enterprises of Nikopol area. Vilkul was suspected of the change of the special purpose of 23 land plots of 45 hectares square, which were owned by ART LAND from the agriculture purpose to the land of industrial purpose.
